Margaret Cohen

My academic training is in Ancient History and my research and teaching fields are Hebrew Bible, Biblical Hebrew and Ancient Foodways. In addition to my academic work, I continue to run the small family business founded by my late parents. I am also the mother of two boys and a knowledgeable lay person in issues around education.
